Expansion Agent
Overview
Main composition of V-MAX EG (expansion agent) is CEMENT group expansion agent, and when performing the added application to cement, this product displays stable and excellent expansion property by the hydrating reaction. It simultaneously satisfies high early strength and durability of cement hydrate, and it can be applied to all materials with the purpose of suppressing and preventing the crack due to the contraction etc.
Characteristics
- Due to the action of expansion property, it makes stability by filling fine cavities and closely adhering to the main body.
- Due to the action of fluidity, workability is satisfactory and injection is easy.
- Due to the action of high early strength property, construction period reduction and sinking prevention are realized.
- This is stable for long period due to the high durability and corrosion resistance.
Application
- For earth anchor and rock anchor
- Reinforcing and improving of the soft ground
- PSC grouting (POST TENSIONING CABLES)
- Construction work for which the construction period reduction and early tension strength are required.
- Various ground grouting works
Application Method
Perform the application after sufficiently mixing for more than 3 minutes by observing the specified quantities of EG and after in accordance with the quantity of cement.
