Non-Shrinkage Grouting Compound (10%)
Overview
V-MAX GROUT AG-10 and AH-10 are non-shrinkage cement mixing agents, and they are the cement mixing agents for grouting which prevent the drying contraction by expanding during the hardening process of cement, and also prevent material separation by rendering satisfactory fluidity to cement mortar and concrete, and with which high strength can be obtained in the early stage. They are used to suit to the respective purposes of the machine foundation, anchor bolt filling up, joint section of bridge, installation of pad, joining of concrete under non-restricted state, for mass concrete, and for grout in the summer season with high temperature etc. for which super-high early strength, high early strength, non-shrinkage properties and durability are required.
Characteristics
- As the fluidity is good even with low water cementation, the pouring or injection is easy.
- During the progress of hydration, these will be filled up the grouting section through the expansion.
- As these are the non-metallic material, absolutely nometallic material which can generate rust is contained.
- As high strength can be exerted in the early stage, these can be used even in the winter season, and the machinery in the factory can be installed continuously, therefore, there is the advantage to operate the factory in the earliest time.
- Original volume will be maintained without change as there is not any excessive expansion or contraction after the work.
- The stability of grout and the adhesive force with existing concrete surface are remarkably excellent.
- When using for pad, the adhesive force is quiteexcellent compared to ordinary mortar.
Application Method
- Before applying the product, remove the foreign material from the pouring section, make wet the area sufficiently with water, and eliminate the stayed water on the surface before the grout pouring.
- First, pour water into the mixing device, and perform the thorough mixing by putting in VMG AG-10, AH-10 while pouring cement and sand slowly.
- Use aggregate as dried surface saturation state, and perform the mixing for 4∼6 minutes.
- When using gravel, after putting in water, and then the sand and gravel, perform the mixing by inputting the mixing agent and cement before the application.
